Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Health Infrastructure team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining project records.
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and budgets.
- Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow.
- Track project progress and deadlines, reporting any deviations or issues to the project manager.
- Collaborate with various departments and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
- Maintain an organized filing system for project-related documents.
- Assist in the procurement process by managing documentation and facilitating communication with suppliers.
- Perform other administrative tasks and support duties as required by the Health Infrastructure team.
Minimum Requirements:
- A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project support or healthcare setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure or project management will be advantageous but is not required.
