Overview

General Administration including procure goods and services, process payments, draft and type documentation, maintain databases and registers. Execute meetings and event logistics including scheduling, preparing minutes, following up on actions, making tra vel arrangements.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Senior Certificate or equivalent qualification)
  • Competencies: Knowledge of the following: Administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms and other office procedures and ter minology
  • Applicable legislative and regulatory requirements, policies and standards
  • Public Service financial legislations, processes and procedures
  • Skills in the following: Numeracy skills
  • Literacy skills
  • Language skills
  • Computer literacy

Responsibilities

  • General Administration including procure goods and services, process payments, draft and type documentation, maintain databases and registers
  • Execute meetings and event logistics including scheduling, preparing minutes, following up on actions, making tra vel arrangements
  • Provide project support, including handling enquiries
  • Execute effective document management
