Continuous Improvement Graduate
Overview
The Continuous Improvement Graduate role involves assisting with the documentation and review of existing IT and business processes, analyzing operational activities to identify inefficiencies, and supporting initiatives aimed at improving service delivery and operational effectiveness. The candidate will engage in process mapping and workflow documentation, contribute to continuous improvement projects, and help in the development of performance metrics and automated solutions.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent (Essential)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field (Essential)
Responsibilities
- Assist with documenting and reviewing existing IT and business processes.
- Analyse operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.
- Support process mapping and standard operating procedures development.
- Gather feedback from stakeholders about process challenges.
- Assist in recommending process improvements for efficiency and quality.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across IT operations.
- Participate in process optimization projects.
- Monitor and track improvement initiative outcomes.
- Collect and analyze operational data to spot trends and risks.
- Assist in developing and maintaining performance dashboards.
- Validate data accuracy across reporting platforms.

- Assist in analyzing service desk tickets for automation opportunities.
- Research emerging technologies and AI trends.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders on improvement initiatives.
