- Engage in a six-month training programme with modules in Project Management, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills, and Business Writing
- Work on innovation projects including the Service Channels Project and the annual Graduate Project
- Network with senior leaders, managers, and the FNB graduate alumni community
- Gain real work experience in a business unit matched to the degree
