The Sanlam Credit Management Coach helps individuals improve their credit management skills and achieve financial stability through personalized coaching sessions covering budgeting, credit scores, and debt management.
Requirements
- Must be more than 6 months employed in current position
- Must have no valid disciplinary issues on file
- Knowledge on the National Credit Act and FAIS Act (highly beneficial)
- Excellent knowledge of Confluent Group products, processes and systems, particularly Debt Counselling and Insurance products
- Qualifications – Degree
Responsibilities
- Providing support and recommendations to clients’ financial problems by acting as intermediary between Sanlam Life, Ooba Home Loans and DebtBusters
- Identifying solutions that clients need through assisting clients with improving their credit score, loan applications, credit card applications, financial review, budget review, debt consolidation, insurance product offerings, and home loan assessments
- Using the WebChat platform to engage and identify need for financial assistance
- Assisting with client queries by quickly resolving queries via the WebChat platform, telephony and emails
- Transferring live calls to Financial Consultants of clients in need of debt consolidation or debt relief, Sanlam of clients in need of financial products, and Ooba Home Loans of clients in need of bond origination or further advance
- Handling proactive outbound calls to encourage engagement with clients
