Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to training coordination, administration, reporting and organisational development while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Requirements
- A National Diploma, Degree or Honours in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Learning & Development or a related field
- Qualification must have been obtained from a public institution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
- Be a South African citizen
- Be aged 18–35 years
- Be currently residing in KwaZulu-Natal
- Must not currently be employed
- Must not currently be participating in another internship or learnership
- Must not have previously completed a SETA-funded or Government internship
Responsibilities
- Providing administrative support for training and Learning & Development activities
- Scheduling training sessions and coordinating training logistics
- Tracking attendance and maintaining accurate training records
- Capturing and managing training data
- Preparing and organising training materials and resources
- Coordinating with internal departments to support training initiatives
- Assisting with training surveys, feedback and reporting
- Supporting SETA-related reporting and documentation
- Assisting with general Learning & Development and organisational development activities
