Responsibilities
- Processing customer sales orders
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Handling customer queries and resolving complaints
- Maintaining and updating customer information
- Monitoring stock levels and participating in stock counts
- Working on a production management system
- Coordinating artwork, samples, and product designs
- Understanding work tickets, quality assurance processes, and importance of meeting customer delivery deadlines
- Developing commercial awareness and understanding how Sales contributes to business success
