Agentic Platforms Lead
Overview
Dis-Chem Pharmacies has an opportunity available for an Agentic Platforms Squad Lead, reporting into the Agentic Platforms Tribe Lead, owns the end-to-end health, delivery, and operational performance of Dis-Chem’s agentic and automation platforms. The role leads a cross-functional squad responsible for configuring, integrating, and operating platforms that enable automation, intelligent workflows, rules engines, and agent-driven decision support across business and IT processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field
- 7+ years’ experience in automation platforms, workflow systems, or enterprise applications
- Proven experience leading platform squads or cross-functional delivery teams
- Experience in regulated or governance-heavy environments preferred
Responsibilities
- Own execution of the agentic platforms roadmap within the Agentic Platforms Tribe
- Shape priorities and sequencing with the Tribe Lead and Product Owners
- Drive standardization of automation, workflow, and agent patterns
- Ensure alignment with Integration, Core Platforms, Data, and Security capabilities
- Lead the agentic platforms squad delivering configuration, integrations, and enhancements
- Ensure reliable operation of automation and agent-based workflows
- Own release planning, testing, and production support
- Proactively manage incidents and prevent repeat failures
- Ensure agentic platform changes comply with architecture, integration standards, security, and AI governance requirements
- Coordinate closely with Integration, Data, Security, and Risk teams
- Manage agentic platform vendor delivery within tribe-level governance frameworks
- Escalate architectural, data, or risk trade-offs as required
