Assistant Branch Manager
Overview
Medirite Plus Soshanguve is looking for a dedicated Assistant Branch Manager to join our team and provide support in managing our store operations.
Requirements
- Grade 12 qualification
- At least two (2) years of retail sales management or supervisory experience
Responsibilities
- Maximize sustainable branch sales by managing, supporting, and monitoring effective sales of all unscheduled product lines
- Minimize shrinkage and wastage
- Maintain the replenishment process for excellent on-shelf availability
- Maintain standards of shop floor presentation and on-shelf pricing
- Execute all pricing and product promotions
- Meet and exceed customer expectations
- Meet monthly targets (sales/profit)
- Lead, motivate, coach, and enable direct reports
- Comply with hygiene and housekeeping standards
