As an ATM Custodian, you will be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning, maintenance, and security of ATMs within your designated area. Responsibilities:
As an ATM Custodian at Fidelity, your responsibilities will include:
- ATM maintenance: Conduct regular checks and maintenance on ATMs to ensure optimal functionality, including replenishing cash, replacing receipt paper, and resolving minor technical issues.
- Cash management: Accurately manage cash levels within ATMs, monitoring cash usage, and coordinating cash deliveries or collections as required.
- Technical support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues with ATMs, coordinating with technical support teams for more complex problems.
- Security protocols: Adhere to strict security protocols and procedures to safeguard ATMs against theft, vandalism, or unauthorized access.
- Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate records of ATM activities, including cash movements, maintenance logs, and incident reports.
- Customer service: Provide friendly and professional service to ATM users, assisting with basic inquiries and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
- Clear Criminal record
- PSIRA accredited at least with Grade C
- Complete firearm training in handgun and rifle
- SASP Competency certificate
- Experience in security industry similar role
- Driver’s license and own vehicle
- Computer literate
