Position Overview:
As a Bank Better Champion at Capitec, you will be the face of the bank, delivering outstanding service and building positive relationships with their customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with their banking needs, promoting digital solutions, and providing expert guidance to ensure their customers have an exceptional banking experience.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and engage customers in a warm and professional manner.
- Provide personalized assistance to customers with their banking inquiries and transactions.
- Educate customers on Capitec’s digital banking platforms and self-service options.
- Assist customers in setting up and navigating online and mobile banking.
- Proactively identify opportunities to address customer needs and cross-sell relevant products and services.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, including cash handling.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized banking environment.
Requirements:
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service experience in a retail, banking, or similar environment is advantageous.
- Strong interest and comfort in using digital technology and applications.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and simple manner.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in transaction processing.
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude, and a passion for helping others.
