Branch Manager
Overview
The Branch Manager at Fidelity Services Group will oversee the effective and efficient operations of the Nelspruit CIT branch, ensuring adherence to security requirements while meeting client needs professionally at all times.
Requirements
- Matric certificate
- PSIRA Grade A registration and accreditation
- At least 5 years’ experience in the security industry
- Working knowledge of ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management and its requirements
- People management experience
- Strong interpersonal communication and client liaison skills
- Strong planning, leadership, organisational skills
- Computer literacy on Microsoft Programs
- Own reliable transport and valid Driver’s License
- Willing to relocate or live within a reasonable distance from the branch
Responsibilities
- Ensure that contractual requirements are met as stipulated by the client
- Maintain good relations between Fidelity Security Service Group and the client regarding security services rendered
- Evaluate service levels and make recommendations for improvement to the client
- Ensure security staff maintain required performance at all times
- Handle all required administration matters
- Liaise daily with Executive management on various operational issues
- Submit relevant weekly/monthly incident and general reports as required by Senior Management
