Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, both in-person and over the phone
- Assist customers with various banking transactions, such as account inquiries, deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
- Educate customers on the bank’s products, services, and digital banking platforms
- Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns or issues
- Promote and cross-sell additional banking products and services to customers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest banking regulations and procedures
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Basic knowledge of banking products and services
- Comfortable using technology and digital banking platforms
- Ability to handle cash accurately and securely
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
