Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through inbound and outbound calls.
- Assist customers with their queries, requests, and account-related issues.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and documentation of customer interactions.
- Utilize computer systems and software to process customer requests and access relevant information.
- Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Strive to meet individual and team performance targets.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in customer interactions and data entry.
- Analytical skills to identify and troubleshoot customer issues effectively.
- Must have a clear criminal and credit record.
