Job Description:

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Great Customer Service: Process customer orders in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide excellent customer service.
- Speed of Service: Maintain an efficient checkout process to ensure quick and smooth transactions.
- Payment Processing: Accurately handle various payment types in accordance with SOP.
- Promotion Awareness: Educate customers about current promotions and contribute to sales by promoting relevant offers.
- Upselling: Use suggestive selling techniques to increase ticket averages and offer add-on items.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene: Ensure the counter service areas are clean and hygienic, following SOP.
- Stock Management: Maintain the front-of-house (FOH) stock in accordance with SOP.
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate (preferred).
- Senior Certificate (required).
- Well-developed literacy skills.
- Well-developed numeracy skills.
- At least one year of experience as a retail cashier, with a preference for experience in a QSR (Quick-Service Restaurant) environment.
