Key Responsibilities:
- Sales: Engage customers and provide product information to drive sales.
- Customer Service: Offer exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with cellular products and services to assist customers effectively.
- Stock Management: Ensure the availability of products and maintain appropriate stock levels.
- Point of Sale: Operate the point-of-sale system accurately.
- Sales Targets: Work towards and achieve set sales targets.
- Visual Merchandising: Contribute to maintaining an appealing and organized sales floor.
- Adherence to Policies: Follow company policies and procedures for sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Grade 12 qualification.
- Proven experience in direct sales, with at least 1-2 years of direct sales experience.
- Mobile sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
