Responsibilities:
- Maintain Cleanliness: Perform cleaning tasks to ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the airline facilities, including terminals, waiting areas, restrooms, and offices.
- Sanitization: Regularly sanitize high-touch surfaces, such as door handles, handrails, and countertops.
- Waste Management: Collect and dispose of trash and waste in accordance with established procedures.
- Restroom Care: Clean and disinfect restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors.
- Stock Supplies: Ensure that cleaning supplies are adequately stocked and report any supply shortages.
- Compliance: Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other cleaning staff and airline personnel to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Reporting: Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
Minimum Requirements:
- Experience within the cleaning/aviation environment.
- The minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent N4.
- Knowledge of cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Dependability and reliability are essential.
