The Hospitality Hostess is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to tenants by maintaining a clean and professional environment. This role contributes to tenant satisfaction and the organization's reputation through outstanding service delivery and attention to detail.
Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 qualification required
- Proven background and experience in cleaning and maintaining corporate office spaces
- Previous experience receiving guests
- Computer literacy and English language proficiency is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Pro-active and meticulous cleaning of allocated offices, common areas, and boardrooms
- Ensure all tenant and TBE staff offices are cleaned daily
- Clean high-traffic areas and surfaces daily
- Pro-active cleaning of boardrooms immediately after meetings
- Clean kitchen and wash dishes hygienically
- Report stock levels of cleaning materials and supplies
- Empty office recycle bins and dustbins daily
- Vacuum carpeted areas and spot clean carpets
- Set-up new offices to ensure they are move-in ready
- Serve coffee and tea for visitors and tenants
- Clean restrooms, showers, and glass windows
- Alert Centre Liaison of any faults or hygiene risks
- Relieve reception and switchboard function when required
- Perform ad hoc tasks as requested
