TFG Financial Services is currently seeking Contact Centre Agents with a focus on Telemarketing Insurance for our dynamic team in Cape Town. If you have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a high level of energy, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting insurance products and services.
- Engage customers in a professional and persuasive manner to generate sales.
- Maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail in all customer interactions.
- Utilize MS Word and other software applications to manage customer data effectively.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding sales and customer service.
Requirements:
- Matric qualification / NQF4 qualification.
- Experience within a sales environment (advantageous).
- Call centre experience (advantageous).
- Proficiency in MS Word and basic computer literacy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong selling skills and the ability to persuade customers effectively.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in customer interactions.
- High energy levels and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable evening transport to and from Parow.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including Mondays to Saturdays, between 08:00 and 21:00.
