Responsibilities
- Achieve counter sales targets by setting goals for self and team.
- Drive achievement of sales targets for the team on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Organize and coordinate two events per month to drive sales targets.
- Increase in-store ranking and monitor monthly performance metrics.
- Manage brand awareness and maintain adherence to grooming and uniform guidelines.
- Ensure counter hygiene standards are upheld according to brand specifications.
- Plan and manage stock and tester needs, ensuring timely orders and follow-ups.
- Build relationships with store management and maintain customer experience standards.
- Oversee CRM management for customer retention and communication.
- Complete and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales tracking sheets to the RDM.
