Overview

The CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist is responsible for using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights to deliver targeted, automated communications that support student acquisition, conversion, engagement and retention. The role translates marketing and customer lifecycle requirements into effective customer journeys, audience segments, campaigns and automation workflows. The role is accountable for the hands-on implementation, monitoring and optimization of CRM marketing activity across the prospect-to-student lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Customer Experience or a related field
  • Five or more years' experience in CRM, lifecycle marketing, email marketing or marketing automation
  • Hands-on experience using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign or a comparable platform
  • Demonstrated experience building customer journeys, segments, automated campaigns and lead-nurture programmes
  • Experience interpreting campaign, engagement and funnel-performance data
  • Understanding of consent management, POPIA and responsible customer-data use

Responsibilities

  • Implement, monitor and optimize CRM marketing activity across the prospect-to-student lifecycle
  • Liaise with the Disability Committee, Student Support Teams, Student Administration and Academic teams
  • Partner with Technology and external providers on integrations, security and technical platform requirements
