Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Provide courteous and efficient service to individuals seeking assistance via phone, email, or in person.
- Inquiries Handling: Respond to inquiries and provide information on government services, programs, and procedures.
- Problem Resolution: Assist in resolving customer issues, complaints, and requests by coordinating with relevant government departments.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and inquiries.
- Public Information: Distribute informational materials and assist with public awareness campaigns.
- Referrals: Provide guidance on where to find specific government services or resources.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer service operations.
- Feedback Collection: Collect and document customer feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12 or equivalent qualification)
- A minimum of 6 months customer care experience.
