Role Purpose:

Epol is currently seeking three dynamic individuals to join their team as Customer Service Clerks. The primary role is to ensure the accurate dispatching of trucks to customers. If you have previous experience in a production and logistics environment, possess good communication skills, and are detail-oriented, we invite you to apply.

Required Qualifications:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent literacy and numeric level

Required Experience:

  • Previous experience in a production and logistics environment, minimum of 3 years

Required Knowledge and Skills:

  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Good Communication skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supply required medication from the store to the allocated storage areas at the point of use to the bins/minerals.
  2. Process delivery note documents from SAP once loaded orders are tested for quality at the lab, and results are received.
  3. Checking and doing Round Robin (scale/weighbridge verification) once a week and send reports to Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager, and Logistics Manager.
  4. Check the daily plan on all orders due to be delivered, including previous day orders.
  5. Balance the spreadsheet report on the total outstanding orders to be delivered for the day.
  6. Prepare a daily spreadsheet report.
  7. Adherence to Feed Safety Standards and Procedures.
  8. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental Standards and Procedures.
