Overview

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead: Senior Program Manager to drive the successful execution of large-scale technology transformation programmes across multiple markets and delivery hubs. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for end-to-end programme governance, delivery execution, stakeholder engagement, financial management, and scaled agile delivery across several high-impact technology initiatives.

Requirements

  • 12 to 15+ years of technology delivery experience
  • Minimum 5 years in a senior Programme Management, Portfolio Management, or Tribe Leadership role
  • Proven experience leading large-scale Agile delivery environments using SAFe or similar scaled agile frameworks
  • Strong telecommunications industry experience, including exposure to BSS/OSS, CRM platforms, Billing and charging systems, Order management, Customer experience solutions, Sales and distribution platforms
  • Demonstrated success managing multi-country technology programmes and distributed delivery teams
  • Strong stakeholder management, governance, capacity planning, and vendor management expertise
  • Experience delivering fixed and converged broadband solutions
  • Exposure to AI, Data, MLOps, AIOps, Generative AI, or similar enterprise-scale technology programmes
  • Experience managing executive-level stakeholders and steering committees
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • SAFe, PMP, PgMP, or equivalent programme management certifications highly advantageous
  • Postgraduate qualifications are beneficial

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery governance across multiple agile squads and workstreams
  • Facilitate programme planning, Tribe Syncs, Scrum of Scrums, and quarterly planning cycles
  • Identify, manage, and resolve cross-functional dependencies across technology, network, platform, and external stakeholder teams
  • Define and monitor programme performance metrics, including throughput, cycle time, release frequency, and flow efficiency
  • Drive agile maturity improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to best practices and Definition of Done standards
  • Oversee the delivery roadmap across AI, Data, MLOps, AIOps, Generative AI, and emerging Agentic AI platforms
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, privacy, compliance, consent, residency, and model-risk requirements
  • Monitor and address delivery constraints related to infrastructure, environments, compute capacity, and data pipelines
  • Lead the delivery of fixed and converged broadband solutions
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, network, field operations, and customer support functions
  • Ensure software deployments align with network readiness, customer premises equipment (CPE) availability, and operational preparedness
  • Embed customer experience standards into delivery practices and release governance
  • Monitor customer experience outcomes across markets and manage risks that could negatively impact customers
  • Drive digital sales and distribution initiatives, including dealer and agent platforms, trade-channel solutions, stock visibility, and commission management
  • Coordinate market launch readiness, training, incentive structures, and operational support activities
  • Optimise resource allocation across delivery hubs and markets, ensuring alignment to programme priorities
  • Establish effective cross-hub collaboration models, shared backlogs, environments, and delivery practices
  • Manage market-specific regulatory, compliance, tax, and operational requirements across multiple countries
  • Lead engagements with systems integrators, technology vendors, and strategic partners
  • Ensure successful execution of Statements of Work (SOWs), milestone delivery, defect management, and knowledge transfer activities
  • Coordinate hyperscaler and cloud-provider engagements, including architecture reviews, landing-zone readiness, and consumption planning
  • Produce executive dashboards, programme reports, and Steering Committee updates for senior leadership
  • Own programme-level RAID management, ensuring risks and issues are proactively mitigated
  • Manage programme budgets, resource commitments, forecasts, and financial performance
  • Maintain programme governance frameworks, integrated plans, decision logs, and key delivery artefacts
