Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and own reliable transport

Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire the Country Road Group team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Manage daily department operations, ensuring high productivity, quality standards, and efficient merchandise presentation
  • Recruit, select, develop, and motivate staff to build a capable, high-performing team aligned with brand values
  • Apply strong business acumen to maximize department profitability through effective cost control and sales strategies
  • Maintain robust stock management practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate product restocking
  • Implement service strategies and new initiatives to enhance customer experience and retail performance
  • Communicate effectively with Head Office and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
  • Foster a positive team culture by promoting desired behaviours, coaching, and building strong interpersonal relationships
  • Adapt to flexible shift patterns and manage workload effectively across multiple locations as required
