Requirements

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage daily operations with attention to detail and result orientation
- Customer service focus and ability to build customer loyalty

- Valid driver's license and own reliable transport
Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the Country Road Group team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
- Manage daily department operations, ensuring high productivity, quality standards, and efficient merchandise presentation
- Recruit, select, develop, and motivate staff to build a capable, high-performing team aligned with brand values
- Apply strong business acumen to maximize department profitability through effective cost control and sales strategies
- Maintain robust stock management practices to minimize shrinkage and ensure accurate product restocking
- Implement service strategies and new initiatives to enhance customer experience and retail performance
- Communicate effectively with Head Office and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and operational excellence
- Foster a positive team culture by promoting desired behaviours, coaching, and building strong interpersonal relationships
- Adapt to flexible shift patterns and manage workload effectively across multiple locations as required
