Requirements
- Matric qualification
- A Recognized Fitness Qualification
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience within the Fitness Industry
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing exercise experiences within a health club or similar role
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in managing people/teams
- Exceptional people leadership skills
- Experience in teaching a variety of Group Exercise classes
Responsibilities
- Recruit, attract, and onboard Fitness and Group Exercise Instructors
- Develop and nurture a team of Fitness and Group Exercise Instructors
- Foster a sense of belonging among Group Exercise Instructors
- Deliver group exercise experiences and maintain studio standards
- Manage the group exercise timetable and boost participation
- Create welcoming environments for members and promote offerings
- Ensure operational excellence and uphold Health & Safety standards
- Execute in-club marketing campaigns and engage the community
- Monitor and analyze class attendance and engagement
