Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant at Cotton On, you will be responsible for:

1. Providing exceptional customer service to all our young and young-at-heart customers.
2. Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories.
3. Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately.
4. Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
5. Stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
6. Keeping up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
7. Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and promote the Cotton On Kids brand.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:

1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
2. A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
3. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
4. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
5. Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
6. A keen interest in children’s fashion and a good sense of style.
