Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers throughout the flight.
- Greet passengers, assist with seat assignments, and help stow carry-on luggage.
- Conduct pre-flight safety briefings and demonstrate the use of safety equipment.
- Serve in-flight meals, beverages, and provide personalized service to passengers.
- Respond to passenger requests, inquiries, and emergencies with professionalism and compassion.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cabin.
- Collaborate with the flight crew to ensure a smooth and enjoyable flight experience.
- Adhere to all safety and security procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Minimum education requirement is a Grade 12 certificate or equivalent.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
- Ability to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to meet the physical requirements of the role.
- Previous flight attendant experience is a plus.
