The Fuel Attendant is responsible for providing efficient, friendly, and safe service to customers at the fuel station. Requirements
- Grade 12 / NQF 4
- Previous Fuel Attendant / Service Station experience will be highly advantageous
- Clean criminal record
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Numerate
- Able to perform well under pressure
- Reliable, honest, and customer-oriented
- Precise and accurate
Responsibilities
- Balance Fuel sales after every end of shift
- Identify discrepancies and be able to solve Problems
- Providing friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
- Ensuring customers receive the correct fuel as requested
- Processing cash and card transactions accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming forecourt environment
- Assisting customers with basic vehicle-related needs
- Adhering to all safety, operational, and compliance procedures
