Position Overview:
As a Griller at Pedro’s, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of grilled dishes to perfection. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and consistency of their menu items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a wide range of grilled dishes, including steaks, burgers, seafood, and vegetables.
- Grill menu items to the specified level of doneness while ensuring they meet Pedro’s quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the grill station, including the proper handling and storage of ingredients.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth food preparation and timely service.
- Monitor food temperatures and ensure compliance with food safety guidelines.
- Adhere to Pedro’s recipe standards and portion control guidelines.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of kitchen supplies.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications:
- Restaurant and Fast-Food Service experience, minimum 1-year related experience required
- Customer Service
- Good Verbal Communication Skills
- National Senior Certificate
