Health Merchandiser - Pinelands (New Store)
Overview
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking an experienced Health Merchandiser for their new store opening in Pinelands. The role involves ensuring the execution and maintenance of Dis-Chem’s merchandising standards while providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric
- Up to 6 months’ retail experience
- Computer literate – MS Office
- Willing and able to work retail hours
- Diploma or degree within the Health Focus category (advantageous)
- At least 1 year retail experience (advantageous)
Responsibilities
- Restock merchandise as per business requirements.
- Ensure delivered stock is stored and packed correctly.
- Maintain a full range of products on the shelves at all times.
- Facilitate stock rotation on a regular, First In First Out basis.
- Assist with general stocktaking.
- Ensure front shop shelves are neatly presented and visible with correct labels and pricing.
- Build, stock, and maintain merchandising displays.
- Maintain daily physical upkeep of store and merchandise displays.
- Assist with back shopping.
- Resolve customer stock queries.
