To coordinate and manage all the capital purchases and installments for the stores.
Requirements
- Gr12 with Mathematics
- 3-5 years experience in Project Management
- 5 years relevant experience in retail
- Construction/Property knowledge
- Experience in Project Management
- OHASA knowledge will be an advantage
- Planning experience will be an advantage
Responsibilities
- Ensure all air-conditioning is installed to PEP Standards
- Ensure all flooring is installed to PEP Standards
- Ensure all signage is installed to PEP Standards
- Ensure all generators are installed to PEP Standards
- Ensure all electrical is installed to PEP Standards
- Shopfitting inspection (Pre-Installation)
- Shopfitting inspection (Installation)
- Shopfitting inspection (Post Installation)
- Shopfitting Inspection (Post desnag visit)
- Store Installation Rollouts
- General administration
