IT Business Analyst (FICO/COPA)
Overview
RCL FOODS is seeking an IT Business Analyst (FICO/COPA) to join the Group Services Division. The role, based in Westville, will involve delivering effective solutions for RCL FOODS IT Systems and Applications while supporting capabilities within the FICO and COPA areas of the business. The successful candidate will engage with various business units to ensure seamless integration and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Finance or CIMA
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience within the relevant business function or information technology environment
- Experience with ERP Applications, specifically FI, CO and PA
- Experience in leading projects in the relevant areas
- Valid Code E drivers' license
- Relevant systems exposure or certification for ERP system, preferably S4HANA platform
- Exposure to best of breed systems would be advantageous
Responsibilities
- Work with the business to identify opportunities for improvement in business operations, processes and systems
- Engage with Business during projects to establish, understand and document detailed Business requirements
- Assist in determining the project scope and agree on a scope definition document
- Prepare functional & technical specification documents, prepare test scripts, and conduct Unit, Integration, and Regression testing
- Ensure that full sign off is achieved
