Job Summary:
As a Line Warehouse Controller at FlySAfair, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of their airline. You will be responsible for overseeing the organization, tracking, and distribution of materials, equipment, and supplies needed for their aircraft. Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify the accuracy of all incoming shipments of materials and supplies.
- Maintain organized and efficient storage of materials and equipment.
- Prepare and pack materials for outbound shipments.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and transactions.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of materials to support aircraft maintenance and operations.
- Monitor and enforce safety and security protocols in the warehouse.
- Participate in regular inventory counts and audits.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with materials or supplies.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Forklift license will be advantageous
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office(Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Willingness to work overtime when required
