Overview
Managing the preventative maintenance and state of repair to equipment and facilities, managing action plans/projects to the required standard, managing maintenance plans & suppliers to within budget, and managing the maintenance team to achieve desired results.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair plant and premises according to brand standards.
- Complete and manage preventative maintenance for gym equipment.
- Inspect club for daily maintenance tasks and follow up on issues.
- Ensure pool maintenance is completed and meets operating standards.
- Manage health & safety requirements in the club.
- Assist in ensuring brand standards are maintained and manage projects to conclusion.
- Ensure maintenance of club is within budget and control stock levels.
- Manage maintenance team to achieve scheduled tasks and ensure adequate training.
