Hire Resolve's Client is seeking a dynamic Insurance Sales Representative to join its Medical Malpractice Insurance division in KwaZulu Natal. Engage with doctors, specialists, hospitals, and healthcare professionals while promoting specialised medical malpractice and cyber insurance solutions and growing your client portfolio.
Requirements
- RE5 qualification – non-negotiable
- A minimum of 2 years' experience as an Insurance Representative
- Proven experience in sales, business development, and achieving sales targets
- Strong client-facing experience and exceptional communication skills
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
- A professional, confident, and well-spoken manner
- The ability to work independently, take initiative, and identify new business opportunities
- A valid driver's licence and your own reliable vehicle in good working order
- Willingness and availability to travel to different provinces when required
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and secure new clients within the medical and healthcare industries
- Engage with doctors, specialists, GPs, hospitals, and allied healthcare professionals to develop lasting partnerships
- Conduct client meetings and professional presentations, clearly explaining medical malpractice and cyber insurance products
- Assess clients' requirements and recommend appropriate insurance solutions
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales objectives
- Generate referrals, maintain existing relationships, and identify opportunities for additional business
- Keep up to date with industry developments, competitor offerings, and relevant regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, quotations, and sales activities
