Requirements
- Matric
- 0 – 1 years’ work experience in a similar role
- Basic MS Office Suite skills
- Experience with VISTA/MYCC is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and promotional activities to upsell to guests.
- Ensure adherence to presentation standards, including age restrictions and displays.
- Prepare food and beverages according to quality standards and report deviations.
- Assist in shift preparation as required.
- Manage the quality and integrity of Ster-Kinekor products to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and surrounding areas.
- Ensure storerooms meet standards and are fumigated when necessary.
- Submit H&S reports according to required schedules.
- Adhere to uniform and safety standards.
