Nashua, a reputable company in the Vaal area, is currently seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join their team as a Reception / Cashier. The ideal candidate will have experience in cash handling and retail, along with excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manning the shop front desk and providing exceptional customer service to all walk-in clients.
- Assisting clients via email with basic inquiries, order placing, and collections in a professional, friendly, helpful, and efficient manner.
- Answering telephone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- Handling all client inquiries and order placements immediately, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Completing order forms with the correct client information and clear printing instructions, and promptly delivering them to the Printing Clerk.
Minimum Requirements:
- The candidate must have a Matric (Grade 12) qualification.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in cash handling and retail is essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computers and basic office software.
