Operations Manager Inland Region
Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Operations Manager to lead cleaning services across multiple sites in the Inland Region. To oversee and manage all Pest Control operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, compliance with health and safety regulations, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, and profitability across all assigned sites and regions.
Requirements
- Understand Pest principles and knowledge of company policies and procedures.
- Business management principles, including proven financial skills.
- Strong people skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure service teams adhere to set daily/weekly and monthly service schedules.
- Prepare hygiene stock for service teams and ensure correct loading into service vehicles.
- Collect service slips and ensure completion and documentation.
- Conduct regular client meetings and respond to client requests.
- Complete monthly reports as agreed with clients.
- Manage recruitment and adherence to policies and procedures.
- Monitor labour/turnover ratios and approve salaries.
- Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety requirements.
- Operate within budgetary guidelines and compile accurate budgets.
- Stay aware of industry trends and maintain high morale and motivation.
