Overview
As an iStore Sales Consultant, you will be part of a team responsible for maximizing sales opportunities at the iStore, which is the home of everything Apple and the largest Apple Premium Reseller in Africa. You will engage with customers to understand their needs and provide them with hands-on experiences featuring the latest Apple technology and services, thereby creating memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Completed Matric/National Senior Certificate
- Some Sales Experience, preferably in retail or alternatively product knowledge
- Passion and knowledge of Apple Products
Responsibilities
- Maximize sales opportunities in the iStore
- Ensure all customers receive hands-on experience with Apple technology & services
- Proactively approach and engage with customers
- Understand customers' needs and present complete solutions
