Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Manage and supervise a team of restaurant staff, providing leadership and guidance.
- Train, motivate, and mentor employees to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, and place orders as required.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract and retain customers.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in restaurant and fast-food service.
- Experience and knowledge of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Strong management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional customer service and good verbal communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or managerial role in the restaurant industry.
- Familiarity with inventory management and cost control.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations.
- Understanding of marketing principles for the restaurant industry.
