Project Manager - Pipeline
Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and manage operations on a remote project site. The role is responsible for delivering the full project scope within budget, ensuring high-quality service delivery, strong stakeholder relationships, and full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Requirements
- 3 - 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager within Remote Camp
- Proven experience managing budgets and Project financials
- Relevant qualification in Facilities, Camp, or Hotel Management (or equivalent)
- Valid driver’s licence required; French is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Manage food & beverage and facilities operations to agreed budgets and service standards
- Lead and develop project teams through performance management, training, and effective communication
- Deliver excellent internal and external customer service, including VIP and event functions
- Oversee menu design, procurement, vendor management, and continuous quality improvement
- Establish and manage KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures
- Ensure statutory compliance with Health & Safety, HACCP, and environmental requirements
- Manage client, community, and public relations, including local community development initiatives
- Control costs, reduce waste, and adapt operations to changing market needs
- Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and annual financial and productivity reports
