Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Health Infrastructure team, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and maintaining project records.
  • Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations, and budgets.
  • Coordinate communication between project stakeholders and ensure timely information flow.
  • Track project progress and deadlines, reporting any deviations or issues to the project manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • A National Senior Certificate (Matric) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in a project support or healthcare setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive and adaptable attitude with the ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of healthcare infrastructure or project management will be advantageous but is not required.
