Overview
The Data Capturer will report directly to the Plant Engineer and support maintenance planning, engineering administration, and system-related activities. The role involves collaboration with production and quality teams and handling maintenance data and scheduling queries.
Requirements
- An N3 technical qualification
- At least two years of Pragma OnKey experience
- Two to three years of experience in asset and asset care management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Experience with maintenance planning is beneficial
- A recognised trade test will provide an additional advantage
- FMCG experience may also be advantageous
- At least two years as Maintenance Planners is preferred
- Auditing experience is advantageous
Responsibilities
- Assist the Maintenance Planner with planning activities
- Follow professional maintenance planning standards
- Apply effective planning practices to improve maintenance efficiency
- Capture engineering data daily
- Assist and stand in for the Maintenance Planner
- Print daily maintenance schedules from the CMMS
- Assist with equipment breakdown and service reporting
- Raise job cards when requested
- Ensure machine documentation is completed accurately
- Ensure documentation is completed within required timelines
- Create reports from the CMMS system
- Distribute breakdown job cards to foremen and artisans
