Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with shoppers and key retail stakeholders to elevate brand loyalty and overall satisfaction.
- Oversee operational costs and strictly manage expenses to optimize overall profitability.
- Execute, monitor, and maximize the impact of promotional activities to drive traffic and boost engagement.
- Actively drive sales initiatives to consistently meet and exceed target revenue objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to scheduled store visits, coverage plans, and compliance reporting standards.
- Optimize Point of Sale (POS) and Point of Purchase (POP) displays to maximize product visibility and achieve merchandising goals.
