Responsibilities:
As an External Sales and Service Consultant, your responsibilities will include:
- Business development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the customer base and achieve sales targets.
- Relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, providing personalized and tailored solutions to meet their financial needs.
- Product promotion: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our products and services, promoting their adoption and usage.
- Customer service: Provide exceptional customer service by resolving queries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Sales reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress towards targets.
Requirements:
To be considered for the position of External Sales and Service Consultant, you should meet the following requirements:
- Minimum Qualification : Grade 12
- Preferred Qualification: Relevant NQF 5
- Experience: Minimum 2 years sales experience in a financial services environment.
