Hey Dude is looking for a Sales Assistant for their store in Fourways Mall. Well established leading-edge international brand in the Retail sector is looking to appoint someone in the role of a Sales Assistant.
Requirements
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- 1 year of customer services experience minimum
- Crocs product knowledge advantageous
- Able to work flexible shifts
Responsibilities
- Acknowledge every customer within 30 seconds
- Deliver excellent customer service to every customer
- Establish customer needs and demonstrate benefits to meet those needs
- Close the sale & secure add on sales
- Monitor daily sales against individual budget
- Replenish footwear, apparel, and accessories from the storeroom daily
- Minimise shrinkage by zoning the store and following store changing room policy
- Ensure stock entries in the POS systems are accurate
- Process deliveries and customer orders
- Maintain store housekeeping daily
- Assist the manager with opening and closing the store
- Take responsibility for training and attend quarterly sessions
- Maintain stock presentation in accordance with store standards
