Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our product offerings and be able to provide recommendations to customers.
- Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating appealing store displays and maintaining visual standards.
- Cash Handling: Accurately process customer transactions, including cash, credit cards, and electronic payments.
- Stock Management: Assist with stock replenishment and maintaining organized stockrooms.
- Store Cleanliness: Help maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve sales targets and create a positive work environment.
- Loss Prevention: Support loss prevention efforts by following company policies and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
- Qualifications: Grade 10 or higher
- Customer Service Skills: A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Team Player: Ability to work well in a team and contribute positively to the workplace.
- Communication: Effective communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- Previous retail experience is a plus but not required.
