- Upselling and Cross-Selling: Proficiency in suggesting complementary products and upselling to customers.
- Product Knowledge: A good understanding of clothing products, brands, sizes, and current fashion trends to assist customers effectively.
- Visual Merchandising: Basic knowledge of visual merchandising principles to help maintain store displays, arrange merchandise, and keep the store visually appealing.
- Verbal and Written Communication Skills: Strong communication skills for interacting with customers, staff, and management.
- Time Management: Efficient time management to handle customer inquiries and maintain a well-organized sales floor.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Grade 11/12 or equivalent.
Experience Required:
