Key Responsibilities:
As a Sales Assistant at Cotton On Kids, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to all our young and young-at-heart customers.
- Assisting customers in finding the perfect clothing and accessories for their kids.
- Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions accurately.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store appearance.
- Stock replenishment and merchandising to ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Keeping up to date with product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Collaborating with the store team to achieve sales targets and promote the Cotton On Kids brand.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is a plus.
- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
- Flexibility to work during weekends, evenings, and holidays.
